SWAPtools: R-package for SWAP

Preface

SWAPtools (version 2.0.9) is an R package (R-Core-Team 2026) designed to manage SWAP (Kroes et al. 2017) model inputs via Excel and to visualize model outputs. It primarily relies on the packages listed in Table 1. Instructions for installing R and the required additional software and packages are provided in Appendix A — Installation of R.
